Jennifer has been called an inspiration by many. After experiencing her own struggles and hardships, Jennifer has proven that your past and struggles don't define you. Through faith, believing in yourself and hard work, you can make your dreams come true.
Jennifer has used her dream salon to give back and help others in many ways including collecting donations, supplies, hosting speaking events and more. She has also been asked to be a guest speaker on multiple occasions.
In September of 2022, Milford Mirror wrote an article sharing her story and how she continues to give back and bring awareness to educate others on the truth about Domestic Violence and other silent struggles. She states in the article,
"I truly feel like my mission is to help others through my career," she said. "I want people to not only feel beautiful and pampered when they come but to feel inspired."
Even with the hard times she has gone through, Devine said she can confidently say she wouldn't be the same person she is today if she didn't go through those hard times.
"It literally rebuilt me, and I'm grateful for all the hard times," she said. "All the rocks people through at me, I'm using them to build my mountain top to climb."

Jennifer Devine is a proud mom of three beautiful children and owner of Devine Beauty LLC. She is an Award Winning Licensed Cosmetologist & Makeup Artist with over 15 years of professional experience in the beauty industry. She has worked with celebrities, TV, magazines, and bridal just to name a few earning several awards throughout the years.
Throughout her career she additionally has experience with extensions, wig styling and working with individuals with illnesses. At just 19 years old Jennifer realized the true meaning behind her work while working with a client the same age as her who was suffering from a brain tumor. Jennifer took her time to beautify her wig to make it look extra special for this beautiful woman. When her client arrived and tried on her wig it was in that moment Jennifer realized that the smile on her client's face was the exact reason why she was in this industry. Jennifer says that although the beauty transformations on the outside are gorgeous, it's the transformations that happen on the inside that are even more beautiful and priceless.
Being a mom to her daughter's Julianna and Kayla and to her son Austin is by far her biggest blessing and accomplishment. Her children are her whole world and you will see that when you meet her. Jennifer understands how hard it is to find time for yourself and that is why she offers a very flexible schedule.
Her passion for her clients shows in every beauty experience. Not only does she love doing hair and makeup, but Jennifer loves donating her time and giving back. She is an advocate for Self Care, DV and Silent Struggle Awareness. Jennifer has inspired many people by speaking up and speaking out about many difficult topics that need to be heard. Her faith in the Lord and love for helping others shows in everything she does.
